Who Am I ?
An Introduction to LIAM MCMULLAN
1: Who am I?
2: What do you do and what project are you currently working on?
I do as much as I can possibly do; I am currently working on a Comic book called “The Book of Jane”.
3: Where are you from and where are you going?
I am from Manhattan, and I am going to Space.
4: Who is your biggest hero?
My Dad, John Krevey, Steve Paul, Andy Warhol, David Bowie and Krishna.
5: What book is your bible?
I find every religion’s scriptures, all legends, stories and every scientific text, to be a separate piece of the puzzle that is called life. Bhagavad Gita, The New Testiment, The Book of Enoch, Starwars, and Lord of the Rings.
6: What are some things you love? And some things you hate?
I love creating art in all of its forms with my beautiful fiancée Aesha. I hate every vacuous, negative bullshit form of media that gets shoved down everyone’s throat, Lady Gaga!
7: What is your raison d’être?
My reason for living, in French, is to see Aesha, and my other loved one’s happy and protected.
8: What is your favorite color?
Turquoise and Lavender.
9: Who is your favorite comic book superhero?
I think Batman is the most inspiring superhero because he is not the product of an unrealistic accident giving him super powers, that said I think I am more like Spiderman.
10: What is your favorite NYC hot spot?
My favorite spots in the city are the eclectic places you can’t find anywhere else. For food, The Frying Pan, The East Side Social Club, and Pastis. When it comes to clubbing I don’t like going anywhere since the Beatrice is gone. Don hills and Rosebar have some awesome performances, thanks to Nurr Kahn and Paul Sevigny.
11: What turns you on?
Aesha Waks, and a good conversation.
12: What would the last question of this questionnaire be if you were the one asking?
Do you believe in Aliens, God, Evolution, Quantum Physics, or Magic?
Liam McMullan is in constant motion and has grown as an artist. He’s a fashion designer, writer, actor, filmmaker and a musician. He’s in two bands: Purple Foam, a more electronic pop band and another band with fiancée Aesha Waks, which is more folky.
Every movie Liam McMullan writes or is starting in is completely different, including the clothes he makes are all unique. He wants to inspire the people of the world to do something, to always aspire to change the world for the better instead of accepting it for what it is.
