Who Am I ?
1: Who am I?
2: What do you do and what project are you currently working on?
I am full time musician, composer, arranger, and teacher. Currently, I am spending most of my days writing compositions and having sessions all around NYC in order to prepare for my first CD as a band leader.
3: Where are you from and where are you going?
I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio. I’m real happy in New York City! I know the question has many implications–as far as location, I’d like to get some tours happening and see more of the world. In life, I’m on a perpetual date with music, seeing how far I can get with her every night.
4: Who is your biggest hero?
John Coltrane. No doubt he was a person who was true to what he felt his calling in life was; I hope to know the things he did someday.
5: What book is your bible?
Wow. I don’t read as much as I’d like, but a really great book I read in the past was one called The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Life is the best when we remember to live it; this book really helped me.
6: What are some things you love? And some things you hate?
I love beautiful days, playing jazz with a drummer that has his shit together, and people who make me laugh. I hate procrastinating. It still happens though…
7: What is your raison d’être?
8: What is your favorite color?
9: Who is your favorite comic book superhero?
Wolverine is the man.
10: What is your favorite NYC hot spot?
I still like Fat Cat. I don’t care what people think.
11: What turns you on?
12: What would the last question of this questionnaire be if you were the one asking?
