1: How do we know you?
Probably through my current single “WOP,” which has inspired a new dance craze.
2: What is your latest project?
My latest project is an album called Tabloid Truth that will be released in February.

I’m a computer engineer and my middle name starts with an O.
5: What is your favorite travel destination?
That would have to be Chicago in the summer. I can’t do the winters there because it gets too cold, but the food in Chicago is amazing to me. I love it.
6: What inspires you?
Life. I draw inspiration from every situation in life.
7: If not yourself, who would you be?
I wouldn’t want to be anyone else. If I never existed and I could be born anybody, I’d want to be me. I couldn’t imagine being anybody else; I’m living the dream.
8: What book is your bible?
The Bible is my bible.
9: What is your favorite word?
Man, it changes so much. Right now my favorite word is absolutely.
10: Who is your biggest hero?
A four-year-old girl named Zuri who is battling cancer right now. Team Zuri!
11: How would you define success?
Success for me is affecting the general population positively with my passion. So I am lucky to be enjoying success everyday.

J. Dash is a piano prodigy who performed for the Jacksonville Symphony at age 5. By the time he was 8 years old, this classically trained pianist loved to play Mozart for his family and friends.
